Open a migration ticket
From your dashboard, open a ticket titled “Website migration”. Tell us the domain, where it's hosted now, and how we can get the files — a cPanel login for the old host or a full backup both work.

We move it across
Our team copies your files, databases and email accounts to your new hosting, and replies on the ticket when it's ready for you to check.

You check, then switch
Look the site over on the new server. When you're happy, point your domain at us — or ask us to — and keep the old hosting until you've confirmed everything works.
Moving a website isn’t the same as transferring its domain. Your domain can stay with its current registrar and simply point here. To move the registration too, see domain transfers.

Answers, before you have to ask
What happens if I'm not happy?
Ask for a refund within 7 days of your first payment for a new hosting or VPS plan and we’ll return it in full, no questions asked. Domain registration fees are non-refundable because the registry charges us up front. The details are in our refund policy.
Will my price go up when I renew?
Hosting renews at the plan’s price for the same term, and that renewal price is printed on every plan card on the pricing page before you buy. Domains show a first-year and a renewal price; on some extensions the first year is a registry promotion, so the renewal is higher.
Can you move my existing website across?
Yes — free on plans that include website migration. Open a ticket and our team moves your files, databases and email for you. How migration works.
Is moving my website the same as transferring my domain?
No. Migration moves your website’s files, databases and email to our servers. A domain transfer moves the domain’s registration to us, and is optional — your domain can stay where it is and simply point here. If you do want to move it, see domain transfers.
Do I need technical knowledge to use this?
Not for shared or WordPress hosting — you get cPanel with one-click installers for WordPress. VPS plans do assume you're comfortable running a Linux server.
Where are your servers located?
In Mumbai. Traffic from visitors in India stays in the country instead of crossing an ocean twice.
Do prices include GST?
No. Prices exclude GST, which is added at 18% at checkout. Add your GSTIN in your account settings to claim input tax credit.
